This is two thin coats of Velvet Chic by New York Color. When I saw it in store I thought it was just a normal grey color, but when I saw it in different light I noticed it has a light purple undertone.
The application is smooth and two thin coats is enough to give full-coverage. The purple comes through depending on the lighting.
Here is a picture in different lighting. It was taken in my room with my normal warm white lights on, which are around 2700K. They aren't bright enough to take a detailed picture, but it shows the color in another light.
